Chocolate has serotonin, a chemical that lights up the pleasure centers in the brain. It also boosts phenylethylamine, a stimulant released in the brain connected to the feeling people have when falling in love. Infuse it and bake it into a warm, moist cake with a rich, gooey center. Below is a perfectly easy infusion recipe.

- 1 stick of butter (8 Tablespoons), plus a pad for greasing
- 1 gram* of RSO (*reduce quantity according to your dose – see details below)
- 4 ounces of super-dark chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- ½ cup of sugar
- 2 Tablespoons of sifted cocoa powder
- 2 Tablespoons of powdered sugar (optional)
Directions
- Butter and lightly dust six ramekins with cocoa powder. Place 6 ramekins on a cookie sheet.

- Bake for 7 minutes at 450 degrees. Be sure not to overcook.
- Turn out onto a plate and dust with powdered sugar.
Dosage
Know your dose when you cook and reduce the quantity of RSO used in the recipe for a dose to match your comfort level. Testing results vary based on RSO batch. THC, 1:1, 3:1, and CBD RSO options are available at ACS. Always check your testing labels for cannabinoid percentages.
*Note – Convert the THC% to milligrams (mg) and divide by the amount of recipe servings.
(THC% ÷ 100) x 1000mg = mg of THC
(mg of THC) ÷ (# of servings) = mg of THC per serving
