For more affordable access to Medical Cannabis, Alternative Compassion Services offers special programs and promotions to Massachusetts Medical Use of Marijuana Patients. These programs assist Certified Patients who are Veterans, Seniors, or face financial hardship. Below is a list of ACS Patient Programs and Weekly In-Store Promotions.

FIRST TIME PATIENT DISCOUNT (whole ticket)
20% off your entire medicated first purchase with us. May apply available daily promo to this. No appointment necessary.
NEW CERT/RENEWAL DISCOUNT (whole ticket)
Save $10 for every $50 spent after certification or renewal. Limited to one use per calendar year.
THE BIRTHDAY GIFT
HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Get one $5 Birthjay to celebrate. (Shine Birthjays not included). Add product to spend $50 and get 10% off. AU consumers eligible – MUST opt in to create membership profile and sign up for e-blasts. Available Entire Birthday Month.
VETERAN APPRECIATION PROGRAM
Veterans and service members receive 15% off their medicated purchase. Permanently disabled veterans receive 25% off with 100% disabled status. A lifetime deal for those who have served.
VERIFIED FINANCIAL HARDSHIP PROGRAM
Patients receive 10% off their entire medicated purchase with proof of Mass Health, SNAP, SSI or Tax Return (household income does not exceed 300% of the federal poverty level). Annual proof is required for continued discount.

Seniors age 60+ receive 10% off their medicated purchase EVERY day-ALL day long!
INDUSTRY DISCOUNT
Anyone working in the cannabis industry receives 5% off their medicated purchase any day of the week! Proof of agent verification other than RMD badge required (Paystub, business card, public work tagged IG/Social Media account)
LOYALTY POINT PROGRAM
For every $1 spent, 1 point is earned. Spend $200, receive $10 off towards your next medicated ACS product purchase. Loyalty points accrue with no limit and never expire!
