ACS Return Policy
Damaged or defective products may be requested to be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Defective batteries (510-thread) may be exchanged for a replacement.
All other accessories and apparel are final sale.
Device Manufacturer information can be provided upon request..
- Equal exchange or store credit will be issued. Cash refunds are not issued.
- Original packaging and receipt must be presented at the time of return.
- Bulk purchase returns (3 or more units of a similar product) must be approved by a Dispensary Manager.
- Returns may only be performed when a member of Dispensary Management is available.
