It was very unexpected one afternoon when I was holding my cell phone and felt it slip out of my hands.
I woke up on the sofa with my husband asking questions- What’s your name? Where do you live? Being confused, I couldn’t answer them.
Paramedics arrived and whisked me away to South Shore Hospital. In minutes they were analyzing my situation…
It was a brain tumor. On 9/21/2020 I underwent brain surgery. Removing as much as they could due to where it was located. After biopsy results I was told about a very rare blood cancer called waldenstromes macroglobanemia and needed 6 months of treatment.
Breaking the news to all 6 of my children was the hard part.
It was then that my sons who work with medical marijuana at a dispensary in Maine told me about a natural product called RSO. They told me it has properties that can reduce tumors.
I was on board to try it.
After getting certified I began using the product.
Having already known of the medicinal benefits of cannabis I found that I had less nausea, reduced anxiety, less PTSD, improved sleep, increased appetite and the much needed calming effects. I continued using the product.
I now enjoy other forms of the product, as in edible baked goods and gummies, pre-rolled flower and many others.
Cannabis is the medicine that got me through.
I have great respect for medicinal marijuana. I go to sleep every night relaxed and knowing cannabis is at work.
It would be an honor to have you use my testimony. It’s my hope to reach other patients who could benefit from using medical marijuana.
