Here’s the best of the harvest-Cannabis🌿 and Corn🌽This recipe will have you “harvesting” Smiles all day long….Serve with Honey for some extra Sweetness or use for a Super Stuffing base!
Ingredients
- 6 TB Cannabutter-https://acscompassion.com/pot-of-gold-cannabutter/
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- While the oven preheats, stick your cast iron skillet in the oven to heat up along with the oven.
- In a large bowl combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl mix together buttermilk, egg and 4 TB Cannabutter.
- Pour this over the dry ingredients and stir.
- Add remaining Cannabutter to cast iron skillet, making sure to coat the bottom.
- Pour the batter into the cast iron skillet
- Cook for 25-30 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes.
- For extra potent Cornbread, top your cornbread slices with additional Cannabutter before serving.
