FreeJoin Judy Prisco Reiki Master and Yoga Practitioner from Maha Yoga for a Chair Yoga session at ACS Bridgewater.
Judy has years of practice and makes this relaxing therapy as accessible as possible. You will leave ACS feeling a little lighter and ready for the rest of your day.
