CannaCinnaMagic Rolls

SOOOO worth the effort! Enjoy these Christmas morning or wrap up a few for Santa to grab when he makes his rounds.

INGREDIENTS

Dough:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 TB sugar
  • 3 TB butter, melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg

Filling:

  • ¼ cup cannabutter, softened (recipe on our website)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 TB cinnamon

Glaze:

  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix sugar, salt, yeast, and 2½ cups flour in large mixing bowl.
  2. In separate bowl, mix melted butter and milk, then add to flour mixture.
  3. Stir until all is well meshed together.
  4. Add egg, then slowly add remaining flour – mix til you have a consistent soft dough.
  5. Place dough on a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.
  6. Place dough in a greased bowl and set aside in a warm, dry area for 15 minutes.
  7. Place dough on lightly floured surface and roll out into a 9×13 inch rectangle.
  8. Spread ¼ cup softened cannabutter evenly over the dough, then sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top.
  9. Roll the dough lengthwise into a log and cut into 10-12 equally sized pieces.
  10. Place pieces on a greased baking tray, cover with aluminium foil, and allow the dough to rise for 1 hour – dough should double in size.
  11. Preheat oven to 375. Bake rolls until they are lightly browned –roughly 25 minutes.
  12. While rolls are baking mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, melted butter and vanilla extract together until smooth
  13. Remove the rolls from the oven and glaze
  14. Serve! Enjoy!!
