| Do I need a Massachussetts Driver’s License or ID? Can I use another form of ID? | Any valid government ID, such as a Driver’s License, passport, State/Federal Photo ID are accepted. Temporary Driver’s Licenses may not be accepted. We do accept out of state ID’s that are valid and not expired; we may request additional verification for out-of-state customers. We suggest bringing an additional verification with you (such as another photo ID, bank/credit card, etc.) |
| Where do I park? | Our parking lot at the front of the building is open for both recreational customers and medical patients. Please note we have a one-way entrance & exit to our parking lot. |
| Can I travel with cannabis? | You are allowed to travel with cannabis as long as you remain within mainland Massachusetts and utilize state guidelines. Cannabis is still considered federally illegal and cannot be transported across state lines or across federal land/waters. |
| How much can I purchase recreationally? | Adults 21 years or older, with a valid government ID, may purchase up to 1 ounce of flower and/or pre-rolls (28 grams). This equates to up to 5 grams of concentrates or 500 milligrams of edibles. Daily recreational limits include any combination of cannabis purchased. The combination of products may not exceed the 1 ounce flower limit. Topical Balms are not counted against the Daily recreation limit and may be purchased in any quantity. ACS reserves the right to implement additional purchase limits from time to time based on product supply. |
| How much does a gram of concentrate convert to in flower? | The State of Massachusetts’ Cannabis Control Commission has deemed that 1 gram of concentrate equals 5.3 grams of flower. (ex: If you purchase 2 grams of concentrates, you will use 10.6 grams of the daily 28 gram limit). |
| What forms of payment do you accept? | We accept Cash, Debit ($3.50 fee), Credit*($6.50 fee) and CanPay. (*Credit availability subject to change. Please have other forms of payment available.) Debit Cards & Credit Cards are processed using Cashless ATM. Payment for your purchase is processed like an ATM transaction with a convenience fee reflected on your bank statement. (fees listed above) Additional fees can be charged by your bank for using this method. Please note there is a maximum withdrawal of $500 per transaction on Debit Cards. Debit orders totaling more than $500 may require more than one transaction, resulting in multiple fees. Credit Card’s do not have a maximum transaction amount, but this is subject to change. |
| What taxes apply to Recreational product? | Medical use marijuana is not subject to taxation. Of the 20% tax, 3% is distributed back to Bridgewater. |
| What is your return policy? | All sales are final. Defective products, such as vape cartridges, may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, at the Dispensary Manager’s discretion. Exchanged products must be returned in the original packaging, with the product name and batch number fully legible. Store credit will be issued in the amount paid, or the remaining value of the item based on the Dispensary Manager’s discretion. No exchanges are guaranteed; empty cartridges will not be accepted or exchanged. Electronic accessories & devices must be returned or exchanged through the product manufacturer. |
